ckk99 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ckk99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ckk99 platform and the entity operating it, accessible at ckk99.io.
• "Platform" means the ckk99 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and betting services made available at ckk99.io.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ckk99 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the ckk99 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ckk99 prior to account activation and withdrawal processing.

Eligibility

Use of the ckk99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register personal gaming accounts.

ckk99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or void winnings if it is determined, at any stage, that a User does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above. Any funds deposited by an ineligible User may be returned via the original payment method at ckk99's discretion.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the ckk99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid, active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• Your city or district of residence within Bangladesh

3.2 KYC Verification

ckk99 is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and responsible platform. As part of our KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated or before your first withdrawal is processed:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay confirming account holder name)

ckk99 may request KYC documents at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckk99 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

ckk99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ckk99 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our support team at [email protected].

You agree to notify ckk99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, loss or theft of your credentials, or any security breach related to your account. ckk99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

ckk99 implements 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and regular security audits to protect platform integrity. However, the security of your account also depends on the measures you take on your own devices and networks.

Deposits & Payments

ckk99 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods that are registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on the ckk99 Platform:

• bKash (mobile wallet)
• Nagad (mobile wallet)
• Rocket / Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking
• Upay (mobile wallet)
• Visa and Mastercard (where available)

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on ckk99 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the ckk99 Cashier at the time of transaction. ckk99 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ckk99 Account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. ckk99 is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway outages, mobile network issues, or processing delays on the part of your payment provider.

All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ckk99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment provider's end is outside ckk99's control and responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, or to a payment method already verified as belonging to the Account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification successfully
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are excluded)
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account must be fully satisfied
• No active fraud investigation or account review must be pending on your account

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ckk99 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within two (2) hours of submission. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. ckk99 shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the Platform.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are detailed within the ckk99 Cashier.

Bonuses & Promotions

ckk99 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• ckk99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
• Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Users who complete full KYC verification and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus, the specific terms of which are published separately on the ckk99 promotions page. The Welcome Bonus is available to new registered users only and is not available to users who have previously held a ckk99 Account.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ckk99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or event, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all ckk99 sportsbook and casino products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. ckk99 does not accept cancellation or amendment requests after a bet has been placed and accepted, except where the Platform itself has processed the bet in error.

• Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are final and determined by the RNG at the time of each round. Claims of technical error must be submitted within 72 hours of the session in question.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ckk99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure or ban
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with ckk99
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate ckk99 transactions through your payment provider
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the ckk99 Platform
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Allowing minors (individuals under 21 years of age) to access or use your ckk99 Account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the ckk99 Platform without prior written consent from ckk99.

Game content, live streaming feeds, and odds data provided by third-party partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights and licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability
